How might we popularize organ donations to the public in a fun and easy way?
Trend of numbers of oragn donation
In recent years, as China has solved the ethical issues of organ donation, it has simplified the complicated registration process, and the organ donation registration rate has tended to be flat. The spread of organ donation is the focus of addressing this issue. Let more people, especially young people, accept and decide to become volunteers for organ donation. This is my design challenge.

History of organ transplantation & donation in China
By querying the history and relevant data of organ donation in China, as well as collecting and interviewing the opinions of people of different ages on organ donation online, I get a preliminary understanding of the changes and background of this industry.

In order to further understand the process of organ donation and the composition of personnel in the system, I interviewed people related to organ donation and summarize the persona; at the same time, I personally experienced the existing organ donation methods, analyzed these products from different dimensions, and determine my product positioning.

If put into actual operation application, how to promote the application and increase the number of downloads of the application is the core problem. The product can be embedded with charitable cooperation such as Alipay and WeChat applications to reduce the download burden of users.
